With over 8 years of experience, I independently manage studies from start-up to close-out phases, overseeing data management system edits, validation checks, and procedures for data review and discrepancy resolution. I collaborate closely with project team members to ensure consistent, cohesive data handling and maintain high- quality standards. My responsibilities include developing Data Management Plans (DMP) and CRF completion guidelines, designing and maintaining edit checks, generating data quality reports, performing SAE and external data reconciliation, conducting internal data audits, and providing training and mentorship to new associates.
